Tyre Warranty
Tyres sold by Rucha Tyres & Auto Spares are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Road hazards (cuts, punctures, impact damage)
- Improper installation or balancing
- Incorrect tyre pressure
- Overloading or misuse
- Wheel misalignment or suspension issues
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Battery Warranty
Automotive batteries are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty that varies by brand. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Electrical faults in the vehicle
- Deep discharge due to lights or accessories left on
- Physical damage or tampering
Proof of purchase is required for all battery warranty claims.
Rims & Auto Parts Warranty
Rims and auto spare parts are covered against manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not apply to:
- Cosmetic damage after installation
- Damage from accidents or rough driving conditions
- Improper fitment or modifications
